Website portfolio · 5 client builds + our own site

Websites built to do more than look good.

Every business has something that makes customers choose it. We find that advantage, build the website around it, and give visitors a clear reason to take the next step.Six examples below, from manufacturing consulting to a hair salon to our own site. Most include a tool built around the way that business actually sells.

A website has two audiences: people, and the search engines and AI that decide who gets found. Each example has a switch — Visitors is what a person sees, Google + AI is what we built underneath.

Every result below is dated and sourced.

Lumitra Advisors

Buck Seward’s manufacturing turnaround consultancy · Huntsville, Alabama · 4-page site

The challenge

Lumitra doesn’t sell generic consulting. It finds the one constraint holding a plant back. Buck needed a site that demonstrates that, not one that claims it.

What we built

An interactive diagnostic that shows a plant manager which one thing is holding the number.

Move five factors that decide whether a change sticks in a plant. Improve the wrong four and almost nothing happens; improve the bottleneck and the number moves. The example plants are scored with Buck’s own 15-question Change Absorption Index.

We call it The Line.

Why it matters

A plant manager doesn’t read that Lumitra thinks differently. He experiences it, in about ten seconds.

15

questions in Buck’s own diagnostic score every example plant. Nothing is made up.

Five example plants · launched September 2026.

  1. The promiseThe 15%-in-90-days guarantee is real text, not part of an image, so it’s the first thing Google and AI read.
  2. Who it’s forThe first paragraph names the buyer — a $50M–$500M manufacturer — so Lumitra is filed under the right clients.
  3. The clientsSeven client logos each carry the company name as text, because a machine can’t read a logo.

Curl Up And Dye

Hair salon · Johnson City, Tennessee · 11-page site

The challenge

Hair color has a problem no other salon service has: the customer doesn’t know what it will take to get from the hair she has to the hair she wants.

What we built

A tool that answers that question before she books.

Pick the color you have, the color you want, and whether there’s box dye. It lays out the visits, chair time and upkeep, then texts the plan to the salon.

We call it the Color Roadmap.

Why it matters

Clients arrive knowing what their color will take — the visits, the time, the upkeep. The stylist still confirms it in the chair, but the conversation starts from a plan, not from zero.

BrandFace

Personal branding agency · same owners as Michael Carr & Associates · 2 hub pages on an existing site

The challenge

Personal branding is hard to sell because the value feels abstract. A coach can’t see what stronger positioning is worth.

What we built

A page that makes the value of positioning visible.

It defines CEO branding in one sentence, shows the same pattern across three coaches as you scroll, and a calculator shows what moving up a pricing tier is worth — then carries that number into the strategy form.

We call the scroll experience The Throughline.

Why it matters

Google’s AI Overview now cites this page, in BrandFace’s own words, for the search it was built to win.

Berke Gormley Leadership Advisors

Executive coaching and advisory · Chuck Berke and Maureen Gormley · 5-page site

The challenge

Executive coaching is a leap of faith. A leader can’t tell whether they need it until someone shows them where they stand.

What we built

A ten-question scorecard that shows a leader where they stand.

It rates a leader on Strategy and on Soul, plots the two against four profiles, and returns recommendations from Chuck and Maureen. The scorecard, not a contact form, starts the conversation.

We call it the Leadership Integration Scorecard.

Why it matters

The same founder came back for a second site — Chuck hired us again for Berke Associates, his other firm.

Michael Carr & Associates

Real estate brokerage · Jefferson, Georgia · town guides on an existing site

The challenge

Someone deciding whether to move to a small Georgia town needs the questions they’d ask a neighbor answered: schools, the commute, what it costs.

What we built

Four town pages rebuilt as relocation guides, inside the brokerage’s own listings platform.

The platform’s design stayed. Inside it, each town page became a written guide — neighborhoods, schools, the commute, things to do, a FAQ.

Same platform. Different page.

Why it matters

The platform’s default title was the town’s name. Ours is how a mover actually searches.

Andrew Ryan Marketing

Contractor marketing agency · Johnson City, Tennessee · our own site

The challenge

A contractor doesn’t need another marketing dashboard. He needs to know which single thing would change booked revenue.

What we built

Our own homepage opens with the diagnostic, not the pitch.

An example scan turns 10,000 searches into 3.7 booked jobs a month and shows which lever moves it most — for the example contractor, fixing Visibility doubles the booked jobs. Or score your own business in seven questions.

We call it the 6-Gap Revenue Map™.

Why it matters

“A lead is wholesale. A booked job is retail.” Every page is built to move the second number.
